If we notch out 758-769 MHz and 788-799 MHz from the requested 650-960 MHz, the current bandwidth
of 310 MHz (310MQ0N will also have to be revised accordingly. For example, the following frequency
bands will be shown as 650-758 MHz (108 MHz bandwidth), and 769-788 MHz (19 MHz) and 799-960
MHz (161 MHz). If you agree, please go back to your application and notch those frequencies out with
corresponding bandwidth (108MQ0N, 19MQ0N, 161MQ0N, etc.).

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of January 13, 2014 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
