The FAA previously objected to our request to operate in Anchorage AK due to FAA ASDE-3 operations.
It is our understanding that operation of the ASDE-3 equipment is localized to the airport in Anchorage.
With that in mind, our main interest is in using our synthetic aperture radar in the area surrounding
Anchorage. We do not have a firm, fixed location where we need to operate, so we can be flexible it that
regard. Basically, we would like authorization to operate wherever we can within a 160 km radius of
Anchorage. We will gladly abide by any geographic restrictions desired by the FAA to avoid potential
conflict with the ASDE-3 system.
