1. The 400-758 MHz was dismissed due to possibility of harmful interference to the federal operations.
Therefore, this band cannot be considered.

2. Please prior coordinate the use of the frequency band 1215-1390 MHz with the Western Service Area
FAA Regional Office (Frequency Management Office). Please obtain NGT (Non-Government Temporary)
numbers from the FAA Regional Office at the completion of the coordination and report them in your

3. Please prior coordinate using frequency band 2365-2390 MHz with The Aerospace and Flight Test
Radio Coordinating Council "AFTRCC". Please submit your coordination as correspondence to this
E-Mail.

application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of February 02, 2016 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
