NTIA certify Stage 4 spectrum support for Motorola, Inc. Model PTP (Point-to-Point) 45600 Transceiver, as specified in Section 1. 2. Army be aware that use of two of the antennas included in the Army request is authorized only for use with transportable systems engaged in tactical and training operations (which are exempt from the NTIA Manual Section 5.3.3 antenna standards): a. the flat panel antenna that is manufactured by the MTI Wireless Edge, Ltd. with model number 445003/SVH/E and will be an integrated and built-in part of this system; b. the 0.6-meter (2 foot) diameter parabolic reflector antenna that is manufactured by the Radio Waves, Inc. with model number SPD2-4.7. NamelTitle of Recommending Official Date The Office of Spectrum Management certifies Stage 4 spectrum support for this system. This office concurs with the SPS recommendations in Section 3.
