ITT Exelis is requesting expedited processing of their Experimental STA filed on 3/19/12
for the reasons below.

This effort supports a technology demonstration for the Department of Homeland
Security for border protection along the U.S. Mexican border. The time critical nature of
this specific effort is driven by Department of Homeland Security requirements
impacting safety of life. The demonstration/testing is scheduled to begin on April 7,
2012 and be completed by October 7, 2012.
