Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
HNS is applying for this STA simultaneously with an application for an experimental license to ensure that testing can begin, as planned, on November 1, 2003. The purpose of this STA request is to facilitate commercial production of SPACEWAY terminals so that the terminals will be available upon launch of the satellite.
