Attention Mr. John Kennedy.

Dear Mr. Kennedy,
In our original application, we were hoping to use the 10mw power levels for airborne use of the
5 states listed in the application. Since we are no longer planning to do airborne testing over the
USA, we would like to be able to operate at up to 100mw when the aircraft is at least 70 Km
offshore from the USA. The 10mw level will be used for our tests on the ground within the
USA.

I also confirm that Honeywell authorizes you to amend our application for STA as necessary.
