Dear Ms. Hey:

This is to accompany FCC Form 405 for renewal of experimental license WC2XSL filed April
30, 2009. Please be advised that the licensee of WC2XSL should be listed as Honeywell
International, Inc. ("Honeywell"), not Honeywell Airlines & Avionics Products ("A&APV).
A&AP was formerly the name of a Honeywell business division. This business division (which
is still part of Honeywell), has been renamed Honeywell Air Transport & Regional. Changing
the licensee name to Honeywell more accurately reflects the legal entity that controls the license
for WCZXSL and should minimize any confusion in the event of any future changes to the name
of the business division. We respectfully request that the renewed license for WC2XSL be
issued in the name pf Honeywell International, Inc.

Please contact Jay Newman, counsel to Honeywell, at 202-626-6388 with any questions related
to this filing.

Very truly yours,

LuAn Vanness
Sr. Technical Manager
HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL, INC.
