The physical location, the division ownership and corporate structure of the Design and Manufacturing facility for Business and General Aviation products will remain the same. The start date for use of our new name was December 2, 1999. Our name change is as follows: Old Name New Name AlliedSignal Inc. Honeywell International Inc.
