Request for Info - File # 0002-EX-ML-2006
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:
The main reason for the request to modify the license, was to be in
compliance with the FCC, this direction came from Honeywell Legal.
In order to do that, the following has to be done:
a) Change name on license from Honeywell Airlines & Avionics Products to
Honeywell International Inc.
b) Add station location for Everett, this location is 19.4 miles from the
Redmond site.
c) Add Government Contract information, narative statement describing
government project, agency and contract number:
     1) This specification establishes the requirements for performance,
design, development and test for equipment identified as the Formation
Flight System (FFS) Processor for installation in the C 17A Air
     Vehicle.
           a. The FFS Processor shall determine the relative range and
bearing of the aircraft to other similarly equipped aircrafts.
           b. The FFS Processor shall supply data to the aircraft guidance
           and display subsystems.
           c. The FFS Processor shall also function as a two-way data link
between formation aircraft for information related to formation
           flying parameters and event data.
     2) USAF
     3) Contract Number: F33657-01-D-2000

I am awaiting an input from Contracts to provide a document that can suffice
for submittal, as a narative for the government contract.
The following are the file numbers of the current site license and added
site:

Redmond: 0051-EX-RR-2005 (current)
Everett: 0209-EX-ST-2004 (expired)
In addition, the contact information for the license had to be updated since
the previous individual listed on the application, is no longer at the
facility.
Bandwidth or emission data will be added as appropriate for the added
frequency. These data will be the same, since the FFS product will be used
at either site for Flight Test/development.
As a guideline the FCC ELS Web User''s Manual is being used to support this
license modification filing request.

Call sign: WC2XSL (for both sites)
