EXHIBIT # 1

  (a) A propane distributor wants to measure the financial impacts of
      a remote monitoring system. The research objective is to
      measure the different costs/benefits associated with the use of
      the and weight the capital investments necessary to implement
      it. If it proves economically feasible, the system will be
      deployed throughout the organization (3—5% of the sites) after it
      it is manufactured using the unlicensed bandwidths (902—
      928mH2z);
  (b) HomeRider Systems‘ propane tank monitoring equipment is
     being used by large French propane distributors. The
     communications facilities is at the very basis of the system
      allowing for efficient routing of delivery trucks;
  (c) No existing communications infrastructure.
