1. Applicants in the Experimental Radio Service shall avoid use of public safety frequencies identified in
part 90 of this chapter except when a compelling showing is made that use of such frequencies is in the
public interest. The band 851-854 MHz is allocated to public safety. Submit a compelling showing that
your requested use of these frequencies is in the public interest or withdraw your request to use them.
2. While 1710-1780 MHz is allocated to Advanced Wireless Services, 1780-1785 MHz is allocated to the
federal government and would have to be coordinated with NTIA. Are you sure you want the 1780-1785
MHz portion of your request?


The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of March 10, 2016 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
