The standard is -140 dBm/24 MHz as received by an isotropic antenna at a distance of 100 feet from the building. This value is in EIRP and means that the antenna gains used in the calculations are in dBi, so the effective radiated power calculated out of the re-radiator antenna is also in EIRP, not ERP. There is a 2.15 dB reduction from EIRP to ERP, so the calculated EIRP of -104 dBW is equal to an ERP of -106.15 dBW, which is 24.3 pW, not 39.8 pW You may use this value if you wish, but it is lower than what you are allowed because you did not take into account the distance from the antenna to the nearest wall. You used 100 feet in your calculations but you are entitled to use 100 feet plus whatever the distance to the nearest wall is. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
