Subject: Request for Info - File #0415-EX-PL-2010
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

1. You have three exhibits that are marked "confidential," but there is nothing describing what is to be
withheld from the public, nor a justification for the confidentiality request. Your justification must be an
exhibit that supplies the information in an item-by-item summary of subparts 1-9 of FCC rule 0.459(b).
This justification exhibit must be available for viewing by the public. Keep in mind that the Experimental
Licensing Branch will not allow any data necessary for interference analysis, such as location and
frequency, to be withheld from public inspection.
2. You must answer all nine bulleted items of Section 8.3.28 of the NTIA Manual.
(http://www.ntia.doc.gov/osmhome/redbook/8.pdf). Submit such compliance as an exhibit to the
application. You have provided some of the information in your exhibits, but not all. We especially need
a stop buzzer point of contact with phone number who can be reached at all times during testing.
3. Your calculated ERP from your exhibit entitled "Exhibit Calculation Compliance with NTIA Guidelines"
is given as 90 pW, yet the value entered into the data in the application is 39.8 pW. Explain this
discrepancy.
4. The distance you used in the calculations is 200 feet. This distance is supposed to represent the
distance from the transmitter to a point 100 feet outside the building. This means that the distance from
the transmitter to the nearest wall is 100 feet but it appears to be closer than that in the exhibit entitled
"Exhibit Indoor Antenna Location." Explain.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of September 13, 2010 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
