Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Helios Remote Sensing Systems has been invited by the Rapid Reaction Technology Office (RRTO) to demonstrate its Sense Through the Wall (STTW) Radar at the RRTO Thunderstorm Technology Demonstration 19-4 at the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute (MFRI), 4500 Campus Dr. College Park, MD, during the week of September 16 2019. The demonstration s sponsored by the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Emerging Capability & Prototyping. Testing beginning 16 September 2019 through 21 September 2019 is requested.
