Both seem to be asking for the addition of North Las Vegas, NV, plus CONUS operations. Are all locations necessary for the short-turnaround STA request, or just Germantown or Germantown and North Las Vegas? If CONUS operations are necessary, please give a detailed explanation of the need for nationwide testing for a short-term STA, rather than listing the individual sites where testing will be performed during this time period.
