Please explain the purpose of operation:
Transmission of broadband data from racecars to transportable/fixed base stations located at racetrack facilities in connection with three automobile racing events. STA will enable testing of radios in a way that is likely to contribute to the development, extension, expansion, or utilization of the radio art.
