I understand you concern that design must be verified in house in the R&D location to verify the performance. Designer
has its limitation as we have tried all the resources in house but please try to understand that RF chain and amplifiers
can be tested in door for various parameters not the ANTENNA. GO Networks wants to verify the Antenna performance
which is the improved technology and invention of new technique.

Our technology is similar but not the same. As seen in this brochure, the ranges expected are in the order of hundreds of
yards. Also the technology is optimized for outdoors, Non LOS environment. We do not expect the same reach as others
(Vivato) since our power is lower and our antenna is smaller .

With 3 operating channels and ideal non interference conditions we expect total throughput of 20Mbps on the Ethernet
connection. The partition between channels will not be equal: Some channel might carry users that have very good
transmission properties with a load of more than 10Mbps, anther might carry slower users with 4-6 Mbps, or users that
operate only with the lower rate 802.11b (not 11g) which will support long range but smaller bandwidth.

Part of our outdoor testing is to evaluate the system capabilities in categorizing the users and connecting them with the
most appropriate channel.

The Non LOS operation implies that in the NLOS cases the antenna will direct its beam not to the end-user but to
another object that reflects the signal of this user.

better hence requesting you to grant STA for short time. I assure you that if Go Network could perform verification in
house, no way I would have requested and taken your valuable time.

My question pertaining to Part 15 was in regards to whether you even needed to file an application. Part 2.803 of the
FCC's rules says you may operate equipment for testing and demonstration purposes without any license if the
equipment would not need a license after equipment authorization.

"2.803(e)(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this section, prior to equipment authorization or
determination
of compliance with the applicable technical requirements any radio frequency device may be operated, but not marketed,
for the following purposes and under the following conditions:
(i) Compliance testing;
(ii) Demonstrations at a trade show provided the notice contained in paragraph (c) of this section is displayed in a
conspicuous location on, or immediately adjacent to, the device;
(iii) Demonstrations at an exhibition conducted at a business, commercial, industrial, scientific, or medical location, but
excluding locations in a residential environment, provided the notice contained in paragraphs (c) or (d) of this section, as
appropriate, is displayed in a conspicuous location on, or immediately adjacent to, the device;
(iv) Evaluation of product performance and determination of customer acceptability, provided such operation takes place
at the manufacturer’s facilities during developmental, design, or pre-production states; or
(v) Evaluation of product performance and determination of customer acceptability where customer acceptability of a
radio frequency device cannot be determined at the manufacturer’s facilities because of size or unique capability of the
device, provided the device is operated at a business, commercial, industrial, scientific, or medical user’s site, but not at
a residential site, during the development, design or pre-production stages. A product operated under this provision shall
be
labelled, in a conspicuous location, with the notice in paragraph (c) of this section.

(e)(3) The provisions of paragraphs (e)(1)(i), (e)(1)(ii), (e)(1)(iii), (e)(1)(iv), and (e)(1)(v) of this section do not eliminate
any requirements for station licenses for products that normally require a license to operate, as specified elsewhere in
this chapter.
(i) Manufacturers should note that station licenses are not required for some products, e.g., products operating under
part 15 of this chapter and certain products operating under part 95 of this chapter."

After reading that, do you think you still need a Part 5 license? If so, what is the reason?

Added Confidentiality letter and ExhibitA item-by-item summary of of subparts 1-9 of FCC rule 0.459 (b).

This equipment has been tested with 20dbm output as per ETSI standard and will operate under part15 with lower
power. As soon as we develop the unit with higher power that will be tested to FCC part 15 specification.
Manufacturer would like to stay with Part 15 not part 5.

I have made change to application that was type of error as I forgotten to delete the line. I have deleted today.
