Please explain what transmitters are operating while in motion (mobile), where they are operating and what frequency they operate on; and what transmitters are operating while stationary (fixed), even if they may be moved from time to time, where they are operating and what frequency they operate on. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
