Message:

You checked "Base and Mobile" for the first three locations in your application that operate at
2483.5 - 2500 MHz, yet only checked "Fixed" next to the frequency. You checked "Mobile" for
the fourth location that operates at 1610 - 1621.35 MHz and said, "Within 40 kilometers of the
specified coordinates," but didn't list any coordinates. Please explain what transmitters are
operating while in motion (mobile), where they are operating and what frequency they operate
on; and what transmitters are operating while stationary (fixed), even if they may be moved from
time to time, where they are operating and what frequency they operate on.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above
referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of
June 28, 2002 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the
filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
