I can’t see getting approval to operate at 60 MHz, 70 MHz and 80 MHz (TV band), 90 MHz and 100 MHz (FM band) and 121 MHz (aeronautical mobile band). I have my doubts about most of the other frequencies too. Please suggest how you would like to proceed. Perhaps your military sponsor has a location in a very remote area that you can use.
