Subject: Additional Information Request and Suggestion
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

Hi Michael,

Please address the prior email that I sent earlier. In addition to the prior email, here is my simple
suggestion.

Please review your frequency request in the FCC Online Table of Frequency Allocation. Look under the
Federal Table and Non-Federal Table Tabs. Here is the direct link.

https://transition.fcc.gov/oet/spectrum/table/fcctable.pdf

If you only require ~40 MHz bandwidth then please revise your frequency request. Otherwise, the
coordination process can be take a while.

1) Prior to commencing any operations in Aeronautical and Fixed frequencies (2360-2395 MHz), the
applicant must
coordinate with the Aerospace and Flight Test Radio Coordinating Council (AFTRCC).

2) For operations in the 2305-2360 MHz , applicant must obtain a written consent from Sirius XM Radio
or remove this band. To request this consent, please contact:

James S. Blitz ,
Vice President, Regulatory Counsel
Sirius XM Radio
james.blitz@siriusxm.com
202-380-1383

3) 2200-2290 MHz is a primary SPACE OPERATION and SPACE RESEARCH band.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of February 19, 2019 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
