Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration of a phase stability receive test with a high gain deployable aperture. The applicant seeks a STA for the purpose of demonstrating this phase stability test. GTRI does not have an internal location in which the system can be fully assembled and tested and therefore requires a temporary experimental license to radiate before delivery to the U.S. Government.
