Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Outdoor over-the-air testing of ISM Band Transceiver SX1232 Radio Chip, which operates from 850-1000 MHz. The system will be tested in one of four primary locations - Main GT Campus, GTRI Cobb County Facility, Etowah Fields, and Cobb County Sports Aviation Complex. The system will not operate continuously or unattended. The system is tunable and capable of operation across the 850-1000 MHz band. The overall bandwidth requested is 20 MHz. The instantaneous bandwidth will not exceed 200 kHz. This request is for center frequencies near 920 MHz where it is acceptable for the system to operate temporarily.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  This experiment will test a radio link that is being developed in the ISM band.
