Subject: Request for Info - File #0703-EX-PL-2006
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

1. I am not clear what you are trying to do. It appears that you want transmit power to find out what will
interfere with TV stations. This is in direct conflict with FCC Rule 5.85(c): "Frequency assignments will be
made only on the condition that harmful interference will not be caused to any station operating in
accordance with the Table of Frequency Allocation of part 2 of this chapter." We cannot knowingly
approve of something that is likely to cause interference to TV stations. Please explain if this is not your
intention.

2. Your frequency request is very broad. You have asked for 244 MHz of spectrum. State the absolute
minimum amount of spectrum you need.

3. Confirm that you only need to operate for four months.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of July 20, 2007 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
