Mr. Young,

We are still waiting on our response from NOAA, which shouldn't take that much longer. We have also
been working on our EMC analysis for our original frequency in the amateur band, and after speaking
with IARU, it seems that they are unwilling to allow us to operate and coordinate in the amateur band
even with proper FCC licensing. We have the option, with our antenna,of switching our downlink
frequency to ~800 MHz. Is this a possibility for us with proper EMC analysis and coordination? Thank you
