Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street, SW Washington, DC 20554 December 10, 2018 SUBJECT: Notification of commencement of transmissions for RANGE satellites In accordance with the special conditions for the experimental license issued to the Georgia Institute of Technology for the Ranging And Nanosatellite Guidance Experiment (RANGE) small satellite mission (File Number 0311-EX-PL-2016, Call Sign WI2XLG), this letter serves as notification that initial transmissions from the satellite commenced on December 6, 2018, following a successful launch into orbit on December 3, 2018. The commissioning of the satellites is still ongoing, but initial transmissions received suggest both satellites are operational.
