This is a reply to your request for PEAK ERP information solicited by jkennedy@fcc.gov. The
information is as follows:

Since we are using an OFDM signal, its peak-to-average ratio is usually large; therefore, we can
expect the signal to present instantaneous or short peak values. Since this ratio is unpredictable
in nature, we can specify the maximum peak value that the power amplifier can provide. This
value is the following:

Peak Output power: 1.2 Watts=30.9 dBm ERP
