Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Outdoor over-the-air testing of BECDL, SRW, and VRC-99 waveforms in the 1.6 to 2.1 GHz frequency range at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Fort Story near Norfolk, VA. Test operations described in this STA request will be at Fort Story.
