Overage of Transmission Power

This document gives the specific overage of our requested transmission power at 5.8
GHz. We wish to transmit an EIRP of 22.6 dBm or 0.779 volts per meter @ 3 meters.
The level given in Part 15.249 of the FCC Regulations is 50 millivolts per meter @ 3
meters. Therefore, the power level requested in this application exceeds the regulations
by 11.9 dB.
