Message:

1. Does this study eventually intend to comply with the FCC's Part 15 rules? Right now, the
output power is too high for antennas 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7. If you do not intend to eventually comply
with Part 15, what is the long-term purpose of the study?

2. If you are seeking authority to operate over the entire 2405-2478 MHz band, can all the other
smaller bands be deleted from the application?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above
referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of
October 31, 2006 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of
the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
