List of requested modifications to current FCC experimental license (Call sign WC2XYF,
File No. 0145-EX-PL-2002:

   1. Add additional antenna types to the experimental wireless radio system. Also, a
rubidium clock and power amplifiers have been added to the system. See Answer
to Q10 Amended Equipment List for a description of these components.
   2. Increase the allowed ERP for each antenna from 2 watts to 5.1 watts. Antennas
will be used in arrays with no more than four antennas in each array.
   3. Add additional flexibility in center frequency usage over the 2400 MHz ISM
band. We are requesting the usage of any center frequency over the band from
2405 MHz to 2478 MHz, with the stipulation that the first null of the transmitted
waveform will not fall below 2405 MHz or above 2478 MHz. The maximum
waveform bandwidth transmitted will be 40 MHz. For this wideband waveform,
center frequency usage would be confined to the band of 2425 MHz to 2453
      MHz.
   4. Justification for modifications: These modifications are necessary to conduct
outdoor mobile vehicle testing. This capability is required for on-going work on
the Collaborative Technology Research Alliance Program (Contract DAAD19-
      01-2-0011, Project A-6643).
