Exhibit 4 – Additional Antenna Information

It is requested that two additional antennas be added to the license. The attributes of the
antennas are:

2.4 GHz 7.1 dBi 120 Degree Sector Panel Antenna

Max RF output power at Tx terminals:
     28.3 dBm (single antenna configuration)
28.3 dBm combined power (assuming multiple antenna use)

Max ERP from Antenna:
     Max Antenna Gain: 7.1 dBi
     Orientation: Vertically Polarized
Width of Horizontal Beam at 3 dB Points: 120 degrees
Width of Vertical Beam at 3 dB Points: 60 degrees
     Mean EIRP: 3.467 W (0.735 V/m@3m)
     Peak EIRP: 724.4 W [Based on PAP Ratio < 23.2 dB (with ≤208 non-zero
     subcarriers)]

2.4 GHz 12 dBi 60 Degree Sector Panel Antenna

Max RF output power at Tx terminals:
     23.4 dBm (single antenna configuration)
23.4 dBm combined power (assuming multiple antenna use)

Max ERP from Antenna:
     Max Antenna Gain: 12 dBi
     Orientation: Vertically Polarized
Width of Horizontal Beam at 3 dB Points: 60 degrees
Width of Vertical Beam at 3 dB Points: 33 degrees
     Mean EIRP: 3.467 W (3.400 V/m@3m)
     Peak EIRP: 724.4 W [Based on PAP Ratio < 23.2 dB (with ≤208 non-zero
     subcarriers)]
