The Tauton, MA; Fort Gordon, GA; Duluth, GA; and Fredericksburg, VA locations all are listed as "mobile" and not "base and mobile," yet there are frequencies listed as "fixed." Please explain. 2. None of the mobile frequencies except for the Richardson, TX location have bandwidth or emission data. Are they 2M60G1D like all the other frequencies in the application? 3. All mobile locations except for Richardson, TX give coordinates for the center of operations, but no radius of operation. Please explain. 4. All locations are using directional antennas with the check box indicating that the relevant information is to be submitted in an exhibit. There is no exhibit attached with this info. 5. Submit as an exhibit a narrative statement describing in detail the following items: 1. The complete program of research and experimentation proposed including description of equipment and theory of operation. 2. The specific objectives sought to be accomplished. 3. How the program of experimentation has a reasonable promise of contribution to the development, extension, expansion or utilization of the radio art, or is along line not already investigated. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
