Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Pursuant to Section 5.61 of the Commissions rules (47 C.F.R. §5.61), General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc., respectfully requests the necessary Special Temporary Authority in order to perform product demonstrations for prospective customers.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration of High Capacity Line of Sight radio transmission equipment. The purpose of the instant Special Temporary Authorization application is to permit demonstration of High Capacity Line of Sight radio transmission equipment. Specifically, two HCLOS radios will be configured to transmit 4-8 mbps test data, full duplex.
