(ASRI) for Garmin International Inc. to conduct avionics testing with the following parameters: VHF Frequencies (MHz) • 129.125 MHz • 130.025 MHz • 130.025 MHz • 131.550 MHz • 131.725 MHz • 136.600 MHz • 136.700 MHz • 136.975 MHz Transmitter Location: Address: 1200 E 151st Street, Olathe, KS Coordinates: 38 51 13 N / 094 47 56 W ASRI concurs with the use of the specified frequencies by Garmin International Inc., provided that no harmful interference is received by ASRI licensed stations. If interference is reported to ASRI, Garmin International Inc. must cease operations immediately. This approval is to allow the operation of avionics transceivers which rely upon the cooperation of the data link service providers. Garmin International Inc. is not allowed to operate transceivers that emulate the ground stations of the datalink service providers, as this could cause interference with operational aircraft and associated services.
