Dear Mr. Young:

Thank you for your inquiry. GOJO initially requested 100 devices per test site location because there are
a number of buildings at the locations specified in its application, and GOJO intended to test several
different configurations inside those buildings. However, GOJO has now amended its application to
update its list of testing locations, including removing two test sites in Kansas City, MO that are no longer
part of GOJO's current testing plans. Accordingly, GOJO has also amended its application to reduce the
total number of requested transmitter authorizations. GOJO anticipates that it will deploy between 10-15
transmitters at each location at any given time, with the exception of operations at the Phoenix Sky
Harbor Airport and Minute Maid Park, which GOJO anticipates will require fewer than 10 transmitters.
With respect to the requested license duration, GOJO seeks to conduct a series of experiments whose
data will help inform design decisions for a number of potential different smart building / smart restroom
applications currently in various stages of development.

If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Respectfully submitted,

Mark Bullock
Senior Engineer
GOJO Industries, Inc.
