Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We have an upcoming test demonstration with the Army on contract W56KGU-20-C-0033. We have held an experimental license for operation at our Cincinnati, OH business location that just expired at the end of September. We applied for a renewal of the same exact license prior to the expiration, but were just notified that the renewal was rejected for the Cincinnati, OH location due to potential interference with a NASA earth station. We are requesting a STA to support our Army contract. Testing is scheduled between 10/19/2021 and 11/23/2021.
