Though we have already responded to the correspondence with this reference number (20820), I did not
know if emailing you directly (which I will try tomorrow if I don't hear back through this) would be
appropriate for this communication.

We have just been informed by the satellite provider XTAR (whom we have been working with to get
Bandwidth with once this experimental license was approved) that the FCC is in fact not the proper
agency for us to go through in order to obtain permission to transmit in the X-Band frequency range from
our location. As a result, we would like to COMPLETELY WITHDRAW OUR APPLICATION for
Experimental Radio Service from the FCC, submitted using Form 442.

Form 442 File Number: 0401-EX-PL-2013.

Rest assured that we have begun the process of coordinating our request with the proper agency, and
will not be transmitting in this frequency band from our site until and unless given the proper authority to
do so.

If there is a form that needs to be filled out or a person to contact to facilitate this request for formally
withdrawing our application, please direct me to that information. Also, please feel free to contact me at
any time if you would like more information or to verify this request.
