The purpose of operation is to test and evaluate better technology allowing our company to better serve population areas
that have limited or poor options for connectivity. Specifically, we will install LTE eNB’s at test locations and Customer
Premise Equipment at various test locations utilizing the spectrum under the STA in order to evaluate long term viability.
