- Based on your response on 08/06/2009, please explain in details the following requests. FCC would like
to know: What is the "new variations"? Please list all specifics equipments including graphics and/or
technical document related to experiment.
- Another thing, because the frequency band that you applied relates to US government operations, if this
license is approved, it will expire in 09/01/2010. After that, your company will do renewal license with
2-year period if request to extend the experiment.

application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of August 06, 2009 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
