What is the relationship between this application and file no. 0555-EX-PL-2007? This application appears to encompass all frequencies included in 0555-EX-PL-2007 at the same location. 2. Applicant must know that approval of 3400-3650 MHz may be difficult because of government radars in the band. NTIA also may be hesitant to approve WiMAX in the government band for fear of an attempted spectrum grab. Applicant has stated that the equipment being used is not for sale or use within the United States, yet states that one of the objectives of the experiment is for demo to potential customers. Are these customers foreign, or if they are domestic, will they be informed that under no circumstances can the equipment be used in the United States? The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
