According to 47CFR90.1331, you may not operate fixed or mobile stations within 150 km of a grandfathered earth station unless you and the earth station mutually agree on such operation. You must coordinate with all affected grandfathered earth stations and submit the results of this coordination before approval of this application can occur. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of December 12, 2007 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
