Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Operational test to demonstrate ground-to-air and air-to-air data connectivity using FIRST RF developed Dual Band Blade Antenna and amplifier head with Silvus Technologies StreamCaster MIMO Radio. We will check in with the appropriate local frequency coordinators (please advise on who they are) at the timeline they specify.
