Thank you for your note regarding the application filed by FCL Tech, Inc. (“FCL”) on
November 20, 2015, FCC File 1237-EX-ST-2015.

In response to your request, FCL verifies that the only information it has marked as
“confidential” includes the equipment manufacturer information and the explanation of the
experiments it intends to conduct at the Camarillo, CA location. All other information, including location,
frequency, emission designator, ERP, and stop buzzers, is included in the public application, as
requested in your note.

FCL has amended its confidential exhibit to remove all information also reflected in the public application.
The only information remaining in the amended confidential exhibit is the information that was marked as
“confidential” on the public application. The amended exhibit has been submitted through
the OET portal.

Please let FCL know if it needs to take any additional action in order for processing of its
above-referenced application to continue.
