(See, for example, the Polystrand building at 8375 Highfield Pkwy, a 3 story building in between the nearest runway and the antenna situated at a ground elevation 50 feet higher than the antenna.) Other 2 & 3 story buildings in between the airport and antenna are also at a higher ground elevation than the antenna and so will be taller than the antenna.
