Message:

Requests for nationwide operation usually are delayed due to complications in coordination. It
is difficult to asses the interference potential to licensed users in the bands and in addition you
are requesting shared spectrum with government users between 24.45-25.05 GHz. Some
equipment demonstration is permitted without a license under section 2.803(e) of the
Commission rules. Please review these rules to see if they meet some your needs.

Is it possible to narrow the area of operation that you are requesting? If not, please submit an
exhibit describing how you plan to mitigate any potential interference to existing licensees.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above
referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of
January 07, 2004 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of
the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
