Some equipment demonstration is permitted without a license under section 2.803(e) of the Commission rules. Please review these rules to see if they meet some your needs. Is it possible to narrow the area of operation that you are requesting? If not, please submit an exhibit describing how you plan to mitigate any potential interference to existing licensees. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application.
