This experiment is Phase Two of a TVWS experiment in Crockett, TX which is substantively the same as the approved Phase One experiment and which confirmed that there was no harmful interference with ATSC 3.0 TV receivers on adjacent channels. Phase Two will be a functional test to determine the performance potential of TVWS data services in various environments. More details are provided in the attached Experiment Description and its attached Addendum A.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The goal is a functional test to determine the performance potential of TVWS data services in plethora of environments operating on adjacent channels with an ATSC 3.0 station that is licensed to the applicant in the test area.
