Exhibit Explanation of Amendment This amendment to the pending application under File No. 1369—EX—ST—2017 is being filed in order to modify the requested frequency range to specify: 1770—1850 MHz for all locations and antennas. In light of this amendment, the second—to—last paragraph of Section 2 of Exhibit 1 is hereby amended as follows: "The digital datalink can operate on any of 20—26 channels of 1—MHz spacing within the frequency range of 1812 MHz to 1839 MHz. The requested action frequency range represents the maximum usable emission bandwidth when operated on the lowest and highest available channels." No other changes to the application are being made.
