This application is being filed with the Commission to specify the following with respect
to Station WG2XPU:

o Reduce the authorized frequency range by modifying the end frequency in the
range to specify “3.29697500 GHz”

o Update the Emission Designator to specify “31M3Q0N”. In this regard, it is
noted that the company’s operation under the license now is pursuant to the new
emission designator “31M3Q0N” because pursuant to 47 CFR 5.77(a)-(b), the
following items are true:

- The operating frequency will not deviate more than the allowed tolerance;
- The emissions will not occur outside the currently authorized bands; and
- The ERP complies with the license and the regulations governing the same

Pursuant to Section 5.77(b) the licensee is filing this application to permanently
modify the license to reflect such usage.

o Update the title of POC Mr. Wooten to specify “Senior Staff Engineer”

In addition, this is to advise the Commission that the “Secondary” Stop Buzzer has changed.
The new “Secondary” Stop Buzzer is now “Mike Stokes (256-682-0342)”. Accordingly, the
Primary and Secondary Stop Buzzers are now:

Primary: Joel Simoneau (256-744-4514)
Secondary: Mike Stokes (256-682-0342)

Finally, a new Confidential Exhibit 3 is being submitted simultaneously, which updates the
frequency range and certain other information regarding the transmissions under the license. It is
requested that the new Confidential Exhibit 3 replace the original Confidential Exhibit 3 filed on
3/28/13.
