Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We wish to evaluate several different certified modules colocated together in a mesh network setup over a period of less than 6 months. Based on this testing, we can finalize our selection and obtain an authorization. Without an STA, we would need to certify every possible combination before evaluation.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Evaluating the performance of different modules in a mesh network. We plan to install several mesh nodes that we will build using a single board computer and 1 - 4 certified mPCI modules in Concord, GA in order to evaluate the performance of the different modules in the mesh. These nodes will be installed at a height of 20m or less. Based on the information gathered from this experiement, we will proceed with equipment authorizations with the combinations that work the best in this experiment.
